0.9S Bundling Speed Automatic Cable Tie Applicator For Motor Stator Strapping
This machine is bundled motor stator specially. It could deal with loose cable ties W2.5 * L80mm. Bundling one cable tie takes 0.9S.
Product features
1. Cable ties: bulk package, 1,000pcs cable ties, W2.5 * L80mm * T1.1mm.
2. Vibration feeding, transferred cable ties into the cable tie gun one by one.
3. When to tread the pedal, the machine starts to bundle items tightly and cut the excess cable tie off.
4. Provide a clean and neat cut and prevent sharp cable tie protrusions.
5. Cable tie gun would be fixed in the bench. Operator can work with two hands.
6. It is easy to adjust the bind forces by turning the knob.
7. Automatic detect the failure, the machine would stop immediately if there is any malfunction, and automatic deal with the dialed cable tie, and automatic restart the machine.
